Il kefir ha preso il volo

Il mio kefir continua a viaggiare!
Vi ringrazio per le donazioni e spero che i fermenti giungano a tutti in perfetta forma.
Ricordo a chi li riceverà durante questa settimana di non aggiungere un litro di latte FRESCO INTERO ma solo 250 ml insieme ai fermenti.
La proporzione deve essere sempre mantenuta tra latte e fermenti.
